The Ashvins or Ashwini Kumaras are twin brothers who are physicians or doctors to the devas. They are divine horsemen. The name of the first twin is Nastaya and the other’s name is Dasra. They are sons of Vivasvata (Suryadeva). They know lots about Ayurvedic medicine and relieve men of sickness. They have the responsibility of healing. They also come forth at the first rays of sunlight every morning.

Family

Father: Surya
Mother: Sanjana (Saranyu)
Brothers: Vaivasvata Manu, Yama, Revanta
Sister: Yami
Half-Brothers: Shani, Savarni Manu
Half-Sisters: Tapti, Vishti
They are the godly fathers of the Pandava twins, Nakula and Sahadeva
Birth

Sanjana was the wife of Surya. They had a son named Satyavrata, who is Vaivasvata Manu. Sanjana could not bear the heat that Surya emitted. Her complexion became dark and she no longer liked her husband. She decided to create a clone called Chhaya and secretly leave to go to Vishwakarma, her father’s house. She instructed Chhaya to dutifully act as Surya’s wife. Sanjana then left for her father’s house. Surya didn’t notice the difference. During this time, Chhaya had two sons and two daughters. The daughters’ names were Tapti and Vishti and the sons’ names were Savarni Manu and Shani. When Vishwakarma heard about the birth of these children births, he asked for the truth from Sanjana, who tells him about the clone. Vishwakarma ordered her to return to Suryaloka.

At Suryaloka, Sanjana got mad at Chhaya and destroyed her. Surya again did not notice the exchange of his wives. Sanjana then gave birth to two children- Yama and Yami. As they grew older Surya gave them jobs. Yama is the god of death and dharma and Yami becomes the goddess of the river Yamuna. Sanjana poisoned Surya’s mind about Shani’s capabilities so he was not given a job.

Shani became extremely angry and feels insulted. He kicked Sanjana who in return cursed Shani to lose the leg he kicked her with. Surya who watches this was unable to understand the curse. He asked Sanjana for the truth. She told him and Shani the entire story of Chhaya. Surya was enraged and immediately installed Shani’s leg back and appointed him the god of the planet Saturn.

Sanjana once again left Suryaloka. Since she couldn’t go to her father’s house she hid in a Himalayan forest in the disguise of a mare. After some time, Surya started to miss his wife. He went to Vishwakarma for her whereabouts, who said he does not know. Vishwakarma requested Surya to reduce the glare of his rays. Surya said he cannot, so Vishwakarma with his skill reduced the glare.

Surya, after looking for a long time found Sanjana. He took the form of a male stallion and approached her. Sanjana recognized him and they mated, producing the Ashwini Kumaras. The youngest son Revanta was also born. The Ashwini Kumaras were given the responsibility of healing. They studied lots about Ayurveda and become the physicians of the gods.

ASHVINS or Ashwins,

are the divine twin Vedic gods of the morning. They are horsemen who are known for their goodwill towards humans. They symbolise the shining of sunrise and sunset, appearing in the sky before the dawn in a golden chariot. This vahana is drawn by horses or birds, bringing treasures to men and averting misfortune and sickness. They are celestial physicians, doctors of gods.

In the Rig Veda, Ashwini Kumaras are divine twin horsemen, sons of Saranya, a goddess of the clouds and wife of either Surya in his form as Vivasvat. Saranya is the daughter of the Divine Architect, Vishwakarma. On Vedic accounts, Ashwins are young, handsome and athletic. The name ‘asvin’ implies that they are possessor of horses; horse tamers or cavalier. But, Yaksa, the commentator of the Vedas, states the name to have derived from the root to mean ‘pervading everything’, the one with light, the other with moisture.

According to mythology, like their father, the Aswins were connected to light. As harbingers of Usha, they preceded each morning in their golden car. The other version is, as sons of Dayus, they are day and night; heaven and earth. In their connection with the morning sun they are young and handsome, agile and brilliant. Thus they received more enthusiastic reverence than the Ushas. Indeed they differed from the Ushas with the capability to bestow youth on men.

PHYSICIANS:

The Aswins were known as Physicians of the Gods in Swarga, Indra’s heaven, in which function they were called Dasra and Natasya. Thus they were Ayurvedic Devas. Dasra meant ‘enlightened giving; Nasatya meant ‘kind and helpful.’ Also Na-asatya implies Truth or ‘not untrue.’

SATAPATHA BRAHMANA:

Tells the story of Chavana and his wife Sukanya. The sage Chavana had grown very old and got reduced to the rank of immortals. He had become decrepit and got a shriveled body. He was thus abandoned by his family and he limped over to the neighborhood, where the Saratya tribe had settled. Saratya’s sons, seeing Chavana as a thing, unknown to be human, lying on the wayside, pelted it with stones. Chavana was enraged and resented this. He sowed dissension amongst the Saratya family. He tried to find out the cause of the family disunity and inquired the shepherds nearby which they could account for. Thus he learnt that Chavana had been insulted by the pelting.

Saratya could not afford to live with internal disputes within the family. The Brahmana states: “Saratya, knowing that it was the Rishi who had caused the querrels amongst his sons, took his daughter Sukanya in his chariot and apologising for what had been done, gave his daughter as peace-offering.”

Saratya, given her husband’s bodily predicaments takes to prayer. The Aswins habitually wandered about the world performing cures. As a result of Saratya’s pleas to the gods, the Ashwins subsequently visit Chavana’s hermitage. They were delighted with his young wife and wished to seduce her. “What is that shriveled body by which you are lying?…leave him and follow us.” She replied that while she lived, she would not leave the man to whom her father had given her. But the Aswins were drunk in desire for her. Learning of this, Chavana had his own mandate to get cured. So he schemed with Saratya on a plan that would redeem him physically and consummate the marriage.

So, when the Aswins came the second time around, she acting on her husband’s suggestion said “ You speak contemptuously of my husband, whilst you are incomplete and imperfect yourself.” The Aswins wondered what their imperfections would be. Saratya tells the puzzled Ashwins that only on condition that they make her a perfect husband young again, will she consent to tell them in what aspect they are imperfect and incomplete. The Aswins were still pursuing her, and with motive, they allowed the secret cure to take her husband to a certain pond. He was given a bath and came forth with his youth renewed.

Now the deal is over and she was to turn herself in to the Ashvins. She had the perfect answer, as she said the twins were still imperfect as they were not invited to drink soma with the gods at a yajna in Krukshetra. She implied that since the Asvins had fiddled with mortal beings, the celestial gods had found them wanting and imperfect. However, the Ashwins rush to this yajna but Indra refused because, as Saratya had hinted, they had wandered among mortal men as physicians and assumed all kinds of forms and flouted divine rules of morality. It was then decreed that no brahmin would be physician for the profession deemed unclean. But the Aswins were purified and allowed to join the yajna.

Another version says that Chavana started to perform a sacrifice in honor of Aswins and to cleanse Saratya of her erstwhile connections with the Ashwins. Indra was enraged and rushed an attack. Chavana created a monster called Mada. The demon tried to engulf the universe and the gods in it. Finally Indra relented and allowed the Aswins to join the immortal soma drinkers.

THEME:

The Aswin myth has two distinct elements: the cosmic and the human element. Historically they become blended to form a myth of the earthly beings and celestial vedic devas. The earthly elements are exposed by their medical cures and their superhuman powers to found nature as cure. The cosmological element is linked to their links with the sun and their luminous nature. The link which connects them both is the mysteriousness of nature itself, for instance, at both ends, the Sun and its light contains the effect of healing.

The theme in the Satapatha Brahmana is therefore that the ‘Ashvins are two distinct formations of the same Godhead for the same purpose but representing severally Light and Power, or knowledge and will… Their mutual relation is that of a balance and harmony, neither of them can be explained by itself without the term of the other… their mutual dependence can be explained by that one secret the Madhu-honey, the delight of being in all existence which affects, supports and holds them in close harmony.’

ATROLOGY and ASTRONOMY:

In astrology there is a constellation called Ashwini. Ashvini is the brightest star in the constellation of Aries. It is the first nakshtra in the lunar mansion in Hindu astrology. This corresponds to a twin headed Devatha or the twin heads of Aries. The name Ashwini is first found in Atharva Veda 19.7. Ashwini is ruled by Ketu, the descending lunar node. Ashwini is also considered to be the wife of Asvini Kumaras. Ashvini is represented wither by the head of a horse, by honey or the bee hive.

Ruled by the heavenly twins, the duality of heads implies confusion sometimes and it is said that people born in the star of ashwini are sometimes given to doubts or confused thoughts. Then again, they can be intelligent and creative. In the Mahabharatha, the story is told of Madhuri, wife of Pandu. She prayed to the Ashwins and begot two children called Nakula and Sahadheva. They represented brainwork and intellect.

RIGVEDA:

In the Vedas, the Sun’s rays are mentioned as Ashwa, representing horse. The Ashwini-brothers, therefore impliedly refer to the physician-gods represents by the rays of Sun light before dawn. Some 57 hymns are dedicated to the Aswins who are mentioned 376 times in the Rig Veda alone. The Ashwins guided humans across the travails and obstacles in the physical, vital or mental aspects of everyday life to the supreme beatitude characterized by bliss or honey. However, they were non-doers of action and the Truth-force arose from the ocean of infinite existence. Their delight and treasures of life supreme occurs in human mentality. They effectuate in man the luminous power of impulsion needed for great action.

RV 1.34.6: Ashvins are the twin divine powers whose primary function is to effect action and enjoyment. They are commonly referred to as ‘madhuman’;
RV 4.45.1, full of honey, the honey of delight of existence. “Of all the Gods, they are most ready to come to man and create for him ease or bliss.
RV 1.34.6 -” Hence they are called as “subhaspati,” the guardians of bliss
RV 1.3.1: the Ashvins are described as swift-footed guardians of bliss and abundant enjoyers. Guardians of bliss implies that they both accept bliss and bestow bliss on the human aspirants.
RV 1.3.2: In the second mantra, Ashvins are described as “upholders in the intellect.”
RV 8.22.16: Ashvins, diligent in their tasks, children of ocean, making felicities accessible thro’ the mind, finding the substance with thought;

RV 8.22.16: The Ashvins obtain the divine riches beyond the reach of mind. They have the thought that knows their source. Rapid as thought, strong, speeding to the joy, Lords of plenty, with many aids for our protection. Because of their association with madhu or honey or delight of existence, they can cure all the ailments, both physical and psychological and grant longevity.

RV 1.34.6: Give us thrice, O Ashvins, the heavenly medicaments. …O Guardians of auspicious, give us the well-being of three bodies. The medicaments remove illnesses of various kinds. The words “three bodies” stand for the physical, vital and mental bodies. Ashvins bring health, youth, strength and wholeness to the physical man, capacity of action and enjoyment to the vital man and the “glad energy of the light” to the mental man. They act on the three planes of bhur, bhuvah and svar, the planes of matter, life (or vital) and mental energy. Their chariot is often described as three wheeled or three seated or three columned. “Seat” in the veda is that which supports and is synonymous with the body. The three seats refers to the three bodies of man, namely physical, vital and mental.

RV 4.45.3: There are several mantrās which describe the Ashvins as the leaders of the journey. They lead the human aspirants from the present state of confusion and unhappiness to the other shore of happiness. Ashvins are commonly called as nāsatyas, the leaders of movement, derived from the word “nas,” to move.

ASHWINI RAHASYA:

This Rashasya explains the fundamental powers of twin Ashwin gods in Tantra yoga and Ayurveda, not just as great divine healers, but also possessing several great powers. Ayurveda is celestial medicine and the Soma, the Vedic god is also the doctor in the Vedas. The Aswins are in possession of Soma-vidya- the wisdom of Soma and this was taught to them by the seer Dadhyak of the Atharvan family.

Soma himself is the power of the Vedic Gods, and also the divine drink, Sura or wine. In Yoga, it refers to the manas-mind; vidya-wisdom and ojas-vigour. Soma is also the Crown Chakra or region at the top of the skull in Yoga, associated with ananda or divine bliss. Indeed Soma is Rasayana, which in ayurveda is a healing fluid. The term Rasayana is translated to mean rejuvenation fluid.

Rig Veda.VII.68.3: The relationship of the Ashwin goods with the Vedic or Hindu Sun-God Surya is well-known, and Surya himself is said to be the wealth of the Ashwins, relating to his own healing powers, and as the Self or Atman. The Self or Atman in Hinduism pervades all, and is hence the integral part of the ‘inner healing’ processes.

Asvins, the Hindu Gods of Healing and Medicine

The Asvins (also spelled Ashvins or Aswins) are inseparable twin gods of medicine and healing who occupy an important place in Hindu pantheon, whose origin is shrouded in myth, mystery and symbolism.

They are mentioned in the Vedic hymns and the Upanishads. They are extolled as possessors of horses, harbingers of the goddess of dawn Ushah, and knowers of the secrets of plant life. A number of hymns are addressed to them because of their healing and curative powers. They said to descend to earth thrice a day to help the mankind with their restorative and curative powers.

The Asvins are considered brothers of Usha, the goddess of dawn and may actually represent twilight, when darkness and light appear intertwined on the horizon just before dawn as well as before dusk.

They are the earliest known physicians having the ability to perform organ transplanting surgery. They played a trick with Indra by replacing the head of Dadhichi with that a horse. When Indra beheaded him, they again retransplanted his original head. They did so because Dadhichi, the son of Atharvan, had the knowledge of honey (Madhu vidya), which made mortal beings immortal. Indra felt insecure about it and did not want any mortal man to learn it. He vowed to behead any person who taught that knowledge to others. The Asvins, devised a plan to learn it from Dadhici without the permission of Indra. They cleverly replaced Dadhici’s head with that of a horse and learned the knowledge from him. When Indra came to know about it and out of anger cut off his head, they put back his original head upon him and revived him.

The Asvins are praised in the hymns as wonder workers, physicians of gods, with nimble hands and miraculous healing powers, bestowing beauty and health upon the worshippers.

In the epic Mahabharata, they were responsible for the birth of Nakula and Sahadeva, the handsome twins who had rare skills in rearing and taming horses.

The Rigvedic hymns describe them as lords of hundred powers, who constantly strive to do good to others, who can make the blind and lame see and walk, the injured recover quickly from their afflictions, and help men produce offspring or the cows yield more milk.

They can reduce the heat in the human body, cure the septic sores, store the germ of life in female creatures and perform even surgery. Traveling in a chariot with three spokes, they come down to the earth thrice a day carrying with them heavenly medicines.

Symbolically they are considered to the semidarkness before dawn. Because of their benevolence they are invariably invoked during vedic sacrifices. In the Hindu iconography, the asvins are usually depicted as handsome young men with the heads of horses.

The following is an excerpt from the book A Vedic Reader For Students By Arthur Anthony Macdonell (1854-1930) about Asvins.

These two deities are the most prominent gods after Indra, Agni, and Soma, being invoked in more than fifty entire hymns and in parts of several others. Though their name (asv-in horseman) is purely Indian, and though they undoubtedly belong to the group of the deities of light, the phenomenon which they represent is uncertain, because in all probability their origin is to be sought in a very early pre-Vedic age.

They are twins and inseparable, though two or three passages suggest that they may at one time have been regarded as distinct. They are young and yet ancient. They are bright, lords of lustre, of golden brilliancy, beautiful, and adorned with lotus-garlands. They are the only gods called golden-pathed (híranya-vartani). They are strong and agile, fleet as thought or as an eagle. They possess profound wisdom and occult power. Their two most distinctive and frequent epithets are dasrá wondrous and násatya true.

They are more closely associated with honey (mádhu) than any of the other gods. They desire honey and are drinkers of it. They have a skin filled with honey; they poured out a hundred jars of honey. They have a honey-goad; and their car is honey-hued and honey-bearing. They give honey to the bee and are compared with bees. They are, however, also fond of Soma, being invited to drink it with Usas and Surya. Their car is sunlike and, together with all its parts, golden. It is threefold and has three wheels. It is swifter than thought, than the twinkling of an eye. It was fashioned by the three divine artificers, the Rbhus. It is drawn by horses, more commonly by birds or winged steeds; sometimes by one or more buffaloes, or by a single asa (rásabha). It passes over the five countries; it moves around the sky; it traverses heaven and earth in one day; it goes round the sun in the distance. Their revolving course (vartís), a term almost exclusively applicable to them, is often mentioned. They come from heaven, air, and earth, or from the ocean; they abide in the sea of heaven, but sometimes their locality is referred to as unknown. The time of their appearance is between dawn and sunrise: when darkness stands among the ruddy cows; Usas awakens them; they follow after her in their car; at its yoking Usas is born. They yoke their car to descend to earth and receive the offerings of worshippers. They come not only in the morning, but also at noon and sunset. They dispel darkness and chase away evil spirits.

The Asvins are children of Heaven; but they are also once said to be the twin sons of Vivasvant and Tvastr’s daughter Saranyú (probably the rising Sun and Dawn). Pusan is once said to be their son; and Dawn seems to be meant by their sister. They are often associated with the Sun conceived as a female called either Surya or more commonly the daughter of Surya. They are Surya’s two husbands whom she chose and whose car she mounts. Surya’s companionship on their car is indeed characteristic. Hence in the wedding hymn (x. 85) the Asvins are invoked to conduct the bride home on their car, and they (with other gods) are besought to bestow fertility on her.

The Asvins are typically succouring divinities. They are the speediest deliverers from distress in general. The various rescues they effect are of a peaceful kind, not deliverance from the dangers of battle. They are characteristically divine physicians, healing diseases with their remedies, restoring sight, curing the sick and the maimed. Several legends are mentioned about those whom they restored to youth, cured of various physical defects, or befriended in other ways. The name oftenest mentioned is that of Bhujyu, whom they saved from the ocean in a ship.

The physical basis of the Asvins has been a puzzle from the time of the earliest interpreters before Yuska, who offered various explanations, while modern scholars also have suggested several theories. The two most probable are that the Asvins represented either the morning twilight, as half light and half dark, or the morning and the evening star. It is probable that the Asvins date from the Indo-European period. The two horsemen, sons of Dyaus, who drive across the heaven with their steeds, and who have a sister, are parallel to the two famous horsemen of Greek mythology, sons of Zeus, brothers of Helena; and to the two Lettic God’s sons who come riding on their steeds to woo the daughter of the Sun. In the Lettic myth the morning star comes to look at the daughter of the Sun. As the two Asvins wed the one Surya so the two Lettic God’s sons wed the one daughter of the Sun; the latter also (like the Dioskouroi and the Asvins) are rescuers from the ocean, delivering the daughter of the Sun or the Sun himself.

Mention in ancient texts

The Ashwins are an instance of the European horse twins.

The Ashwins are mentioned 376 times in the Rigveda, with 57 hymns specifically dedicated to them.

Indian holy books like the Mahabharata and the Puranas, relate that the Ashwini Kumar twins, were theroyal physicians to the Devas during Vedic times. In the epic Mahabharata, King Pandu‘s wife Madri is granted a son by each Ashvinikumar and bears the twins Nakula and Sahadeva who, are known as the Pandavas.

Let us worship the great AshwiniKumaras, who are the sons of the bright suryabhagawan, and who are the divine healers in ayurvedic medicine. Let us pray to them for giving us a good health and a good fortune in our life.

Let us chant their nama and live a long and healthy and happy life.

“OM SHREE ASHWINI DEVAYA NAMAHA”

Brahma and the Gods
Lord Brahma (the Hindu God of Creation) is said to have conceived Ayurveda in his consciousness, and diligently passed it to his disciple Daksha Prajapati, who originated from Lord Brahma’s thumb, and was among the first celestial figures assigned the task of maintaining the universe.

Daksha Prajapati conveyed this treatise to the Ashvins, divine horse-masters who were children of Surya the Sun God. The Ashvins are the Gods of health and medicine, and they passed on the hymns of Ayurveda to Indra, the King of Heaven and Chief among Gods.

The three Great Sages, who brought Ayurveda to the world, received it from Indra, the God of Thunder himself. Thus, the divine lineage of Ayurveda on earth was firmly established, and the process of spreading its lessons to an ailing planet finally began.

Sandhya Devi, the wife of Lord Surya, daughter of the Deva-Shilpi Vishwakarma (architect), couldn’t bear the heat (Tapam) of Sun, so, went to a forest to perform Tapasya in the disguise of a horse, after she returned to her husband, she gave birth to twins who looked like horses known as Ashwini kumaras.

They were assigned with the duty of bringing Sun’s rays to the earth in the morning and taking them back in the evening. They are the symbol of high speed. This indicates a transition from dark to light and vice versa. They Travel in the Sky in their Three-Wheeled, Spring Bearing Golden Chariot Drawn by Birds of Horses They move in the Skies Showering their Healing Energies on the Earth.

These horse-headed twin-brothers are physicians by profession and the friends of sick and unfortunate. Mythology identifies them as Dasara (The destroyer) and Nasatya (not true/untrue), both the words are seen in a negative context. One of them is a horse rider while the other is a great mathematician.

Story of Dadheechi Rishi and Indra

These twins went to gurukul at dadheechi Maharshi ashram, acquired the skills of making Soma (an alcoholic drink), mrut sanjeevani vidya (Giving life to a dead person), and are experts in the Madhu Vidya (the art of making honey i.e., honey for healing).

Once upon a time, when Indra wanted a weapon to fight a demon, Dadheechi comes forward to donate his backbone for this purpose. When Indra cuts Dadheeechi Maharshi’s head to make Vajrayudh (the weapon) from his back-bone, Ashwini kumaras applied the mrut sanjeevani vidya on him and fixed a horse’s head to Dadheechi making him alive.

Chyavana Rishi and Sukanya

King Sharyathi had a son Aanarthudu and a daughter Sukanya. One day, when she was playing with her friends near a lake, she saw an ant-hill with two holes inside which chyavana Maharshi was doing Tapasya. Seeing in through the hole, she saw two sparks that were opened eyes of meditating chyavana rishi, mistaking them to be fireflies she poked them using sticks, this resulted in the loss of vision of the sage, not knowing this, she returned home.

Due to the pain experienced by chyavana rishi, all the people in the kingdom faced health problems, and the king who got to know what happened apologized to chyavana Maharshi and got sukanya married to him to take care of him.

One day, when sukanya was at the lake to get some water, Ashwini kumaras come to her and asked her to marry one of them. She politely rejects the proposal and informs them that she’s married to rishi chyavana. Ashwini gods then heal a blind, deaf, and old chyavana Maharshi to transform him into a young boy by curing all his health issues.

Nakula and Sahadeva, the youngest of the Pandavas, were born by the blessings of Ashwini kumaras. One of them was a good horse rider while the other was an excellent astrologer and a mathematician.

Before the battle, Duryodhan approaches them for a muhurta (auspicious time) to start the war to win, which is set by the twins. Krishna then had to modify the weather not to let the war begin in that muhurta. That is the power of Ashwini Kumars and their powers.

The Ashwini kumars, the divine physicians are the doctors who have done various treatments including infertility cure, age transformation (for chyavan rishi), mrit sanjeevani (dadheechi rishi, etc). These twins are experts in herbal treatments.

The planetary deity, the ketu, relates to all kinds of beginnings. Mars also is connected to this star providing the initiatory impulse to the native providing the required momentum and energy.

These Ashwini kumars are also related to the sun as he is their father and is also an independent spirit similar to the Ashwini kumars.

Case Studies
In the tredition of astrology we read horoscope from the ascendant and moon. Moon is very important planet in the horoscope because its emotion, We can say without emotion there is no meaning life. That’s the main reason vimsottari dashsa system always based on moon star (birth star).

My intention to make case studies based nakshatra key points, when focual planets (ascendant, ascendant lord, moon, sun occuied star lord) must occupie specific star based on that star trades, life events will takes place as per the mythology of nakshatras. (not exactly near to the situation)

For example ashwini star if influances in positive way by yoga karaka combinations, connection with dasha he might be teacher, doctor, horse rider, bike racer, emergency services. If its start giving negative ways he might be patient, accident, illitrate, extra marial affairs, eye problems etc.

Forur navamshas connected to each star. it would be aries, taurus, gemini, cancer, first aries connected to engineering, vachiles, horse riding, medical etc, third navamsha connected to gemini then he will be connected to mathametical , astrology, banking, finance, caliculation, analytics etc. because ashwins are twins one is great rider and doctor another is astrologer and mathametician.

Remaining two navamshas taurus will be connected to art, acting etc, cancer can be connected to water farming, boats riding, sometimes even petrol bunks etc.

Parihara Temples
Before doing any parihar or remedy you need to understand what it is exactly. Unless it will not be usefula anymore. Primaraliy about God, Karma (Good/ Bad), Life path, will remedies really resolve your problem ?

Every human have specific metrial purposes that’s the reason they depend on super natural energies when things can’t be resolve by theme self. It would children, marriage, health, career, litigrations, well being etc.

As per the hindu culture for every nakshatra there is specific temple is there. When planets specifically got afflicated on specific star based that also astrologers generally suggests it.

Sri Piravi Marundeeswarar Template The name “Sri Bhava Aushadeeswarar” temple refers to a form of Lord Shiva. “Sri” is a mantra giving respect and good fortune, “Bhava” means state of mind and “Aushadeeswara” means Lord of medicine who cures disease. Sri Bhava Aushadeeswarar temple is a sacred vortex filled with disease-curing energy.

Dasha Predictions
Without knowing all the other planets position, ascendant it would be little hard to predict accuratly. Ashwini ruled by Ketu planet (Which karmic, dry planet) it always contains the equalent energy of mars. Being a natural malefic of ketu, if posited on 3, 6, 11 (Upachaya Stanas in Kundali) will genrally gives good results.

Ketu always connected to karmic things (marriage, propery, money, career, health, litigation, death) to you or your family it depends on the chart and combinations it may give positive or negative results.

Ketu is a shadow planet because of the reason it will take the energy of conjined, aspected, sign lord planets. Please follow the subbu method of astrology, with the help of progressions judge dasha properly.

Past Life analysis
When planets are seriouly afflicated, When noting works really then they go for past life analysis or past karmic deeds understand to rectify to proceed smoothly in current life.

Which is generally not that much easy to identify. But few of nadi astrology books offering bit of contnet. But need to test & practice those stories on people.

Using D12 – Dwadashamsha (purva karma) is one of the varga chart is also helpful to read it. D9 – Navamsha tells about purva punya at D1 – Janam Kundali 6 house tells about past karma.
